What is your return Policy?
All fragrances sales are a final and non-returnable due to health and sanitary reasons, even if they have not been opened.
Everything else has a 30 day return policy. You may return unused and unopened product for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
My product was damaged or missing.
You have 30 days from the date of the order to process your request. Please provide detailed photos of the shipping box and product for all returns or claims. Failure to provide photos may result in a denied claim.
May I cancel my order?
When you place an order we incur processing fees that we cannot get back so we will not cancel orders.
May I change or combine my orders?
Sorry at this time we can not change or combine to orders so please make sure that your order is correct and that you have everything in your cart that you need to purchase.
Where is my order?
When we ship your order you will automatically get an email with a tracking number/link. If you do not see the email please check your spam folder. You can also log into your account and check the tracking through your order history.
Custom Fees & Import Taxes
Happy Kawaii Supplies is not responsible for parcels that require additional fees. Both customs fees and import taxes are to be paid by the customer. We will also not refund packages that are refused or left unclaimed at the post office.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for addresses that are missing information or are incorrect. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges for customer's that put the wrong address or leave out address information (missing apt. #, wrong zip code etc). If your package is returned to us in good condition we will issue a refund minus shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee.
If the order has not been shipped please email us and we will do our best to update the address before it has been shipped but in some instances your package may ship before we get your email.
